CSI File 203

Good morning Rikki here with a new layout inspired by the current CSI - Color ... Stories.... Inspiration... challenge. I have to admit I have never played along with these and was feeling overwhelmed but after some thinking and joining down notes I felt confident and happy to play along.

               Case File No. 203

#63/365

Cocoa Vanilla Studios Life is Beautiful pp, Ephemera, Stickers.
CB1158 Butterflies 20, CB4063 Leaf Spray 13,, Scrapmatts CB5127 Diamond Mesh,
ST1027 Stencil Butterflies, Kaisercraft Rhinestones

Theres nothing like fussy cutting !!! But I am always about layering things in between the layers the Scrapmatts CB5127 Diamond Mesh  is a great way to add these layers and its so easy to cut so you will have plenty left over for many more layouts.

Add some whimsy fun with CB4063 Leaf Spray 13. I love the how these add some flow to the layout.

My second little share for today is a little book that I have made for my daughter, she is loving learning all her letters at school, and she is always asking what does that start with.... so I thought I should make her a little alphabet book, as she learns something we can add it into the book..... like a visual dictionary.

Trip hangover......

Good Morning, how are you all? I am suffering a major holiday hang over :(  I had the best time,  seeing my family, and I am not afraid to say I am missing my mum terribly, its always the worst straight after the visit......  But to get my mind off it I have thrown myself into the scrap studio.

Today I am sharing with you another layout using the stunning Pink Paislee Cedar Lane... I have worked with it last year and I am so happy and surprised how versatile it is a year later. Even using the same papers I am beyond happy how different the results can be.

# 62 /365

Have pattern paper but think you need some embellishments more? Why dont you make your own!!!

I love the Green Tara flowers!!!!

Templates with a little texture paste give your mediums something to grab onto and add interest to your background sheets.

Exciting - With Shop and Crop

Good morning how are you all? Me beyond excited only a couple more days and I am off to Queensland for a whirlwind holiday for 8 days 7 nights. Spending the time from going to Australia Zoo, the Papercraft Expo, High tea at Versace and spending time with family and friends.

Anyway enough about that today I am here for the Shop and Crop using the stunning Pink Paislee Cedar Lane range.

# 61/ 365

I fussy cutting and then using them for layers, when doing this dont forget to layer your ephemera throughout it as well.

Another option to add more impact without using your stash is to cut your ephemera peices in half and use them under your photo.

How cute is the Pink Paislee Cedar Lane Gold Glitter Arrows?

Nothing adds a bit of interest to your mixed media background like a Kaisercraft Background stamp with a little bit of white ink.....
